As a Project Manager, I am detail-oriented and able to multitask, with skills in organizing, problem-solving, team building, leadership, budgeting, and negotiating, as well as interpersonal, good communicator, and able to resolve conflict, while working in fast-paced settings.
Through Work Breakdown Structure methodology, I implemented key functions that defined and decomposed the project into smaller units down to the work task level and relates the technical work to be done, add the estimated resources, and set the timeframe for each.
Created project requirements elicitation through understanding the business problem and opportunity and interaction with the actual user and key stakeholders.
Identified business solutions during analysis activities, identified initial requirements and defined scope of the project.
Created 2000+ performance reports for process improvements and estimates at Completion (EACs).

Selected, interpreted & applied tools including cost variance (CV) schedule variance (SV) earned value analysis (EVA) for work breakdown structure components (WBS) estimate at completion (EAC).
Performed 500+ S curve analysis including probability, normal distribution, deviation of performance integrated baseline from statement of work (SOW)
